Grassroots Skateboard Upcycling

Rain Mchn is a project based around creating "new" usable shapes and artifacts out of used skateboards, upcycling still viable wood and giving it the second life it deserves. Skateboards have replaced furniture manufacturing as the leading contributor of maple deforestation which is detrimental to forest ecosystems and unfortunately adding to the towering landfills worldwide. This is an effort to reduce skateboarders footprint on the planet while finding new ways to enjoy objects we may simply discard.
